30 Day Return Policy
We will gladly return or exchange any Wright product within 30 days for a full refund or store credit. Returned items after the 30 days will be issued a store credit. Some exceptions may apply, contact customer care regarding questions or concerns. It is recommended that you book a consultation with a Wright Beauty Connector to try the products before placing your order online. Learn more HERE.
To process a return request you must sign into your account and submit the request by following these steps:
1. Go to My Account.
2. Click Completed to see a list of all completed orders.
3. Find the order you wish to return, then click Return Item(s) next to View Order Details.
4. Fill out the following items on the return request:
- Quantity to return
- Return reason
- Return action optional
- Comments optional
5. Click Submit Return Request.
You will then be sent a confirmation e-mail.
You will be refunded in the same method of which you paid, please allow up to 21 business days (after we have received your item(s)) to see your funds in your account.
Please send all refunds to the return address affixed to your parcel, please note you will be responsible for the return shipping fee.
We want all of our customers who shop on wrightartistry.com to have an excellent experience with us and we will gladly do everything in our best efforts to make your experience as such.
If you would like to give our products a try, we offer a seasonal subscription box that we ship twice a year for a fee of $150 CAD. This subscription fee is billed to your account every 6 months and you are free to cancel at anytime. Each box comes with full size cosmetic products.
